Easy Banana Muffin Recipe for Non-Bakers.

Hey everyone! I want to share with you my go-to recipe for banana muffins. As someone who struggles in the kitchen, I can tell you that this recipe is super easy to follow and turns out delicious muffins every time.

One thing that happens a lot in my household is that one week my kids are absolutely bananas (pun intended) for bananas, and the next week, nobody wants to touch them. I found myself constantly searching for a recipe that I could rely on whenever I had overripe bananas on hand, and this one has become my favorite.

To make these muffins, you'll need just a few simple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3/4 cup sugar (you can also use brown sugar as a substitute if you're in a pinch or want to change it up)

  • 1 beaten egg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Even if you're not an experienced baker, don't worry – this recipe is foolproof. Just mix everything together in a bowl, pour the batter into a muffin tin, and bake at @350 for 20-25 minutes. That's it!

If you're like me and don't have the time or patience for complicated recipes, this banana muffin recipe is perfect. It's quick, easy, and always turns out great. Plus, it's a great way to use up those overripe bananas that are taking up space on your counter.

Give this recipe a try and let me know what you think! Thanks for reading, and happy baking!
